Banquet Dress Code

Rocketeer formal.

Some people wear hawaiian shirts, some few wear suits & ties (or just ties), some wear t-shirts. Some ties are space or rocket themed, some aren't. Some wear dresses, some wear slacks/shirts or even jeans/shirts. Some teams or sections wear matching outfits. All in good fun and we don't have a formal dress code. Some will wear their custom made jackets showing off their NARAM patches throughout the years (see picture below).

In other words, wear what you like.

Banquet Menu

Mixed greens topped with grape, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled red onions, sliced black olives, herbed croutons, served with House made dressings and blue cheese crumbles.

Hand carved horseradish crusted prime rib with rosemary au jus

Pan seared chicken breast topped with mushroom, roasted bell pepper and leek veloute, calabacitas vegetable medley (zucchini, corn, bell pepper, onion and green chilies) and oven roasted baby potatoes

Assorted Dinner rolls and butter

Regular and Decaf Coffee, Fresh Brewed Iced Tea and Water

Chef's Gourmet Selection of Assorted Desserts

There will also be a cash bar.

If you requested a special dinner when you registered, you will get a special ticket when you pick up your registration packet that you'll need to bring with you. If you need to change your preference, please get in touch before Sunday July 27th.
