Today was a very good day. While tired it was all made ok by the amazing array of rockets launched today and my fortune in getting some lucky and excellent shots of them!! Contest flying today was B Stream Duration and A Boost Glider both VERY hard events to photograph. These are small rocket that take off like bullets. Even when I do capture them they are small blurs of pixels. I did capture a few larger ones and even managed to catch a higher performance model. Just a few though knowing my catch rate would be under 10% I spent most of my time shooting people and the sport range. I also got some good videos today as well :-) Enjoy! |
